Assessments Services

comprehensive assessments

tailored to individual needs, including clinical interviews, cognitive and academic testing, and evaluation of language, attention, executive functioning, and psychosocial wellbeing, followed by feedback and a detailed report.

Our peer support groups offer

a safe and inclusive environment to connect with others, share experiences, and build coping skills while recognising you are not alone in your journey. These sessions also provide encouragement and practical strategies to support everyday wellbeing.

Our Services

Referrals

You do not need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment with a psychologist in Perth at Calder Psychology, either in person or via telehealth. However, if you are referred by your GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate, which covers part of the cost for a set number of sessions per calendar year. Your referral can be directed to Calder Psychology or a specific psychologist. If you do not have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and wish to access the rebate, please speak with your GP or psychiatrist. Clients with private health insurance may also be eligible for partial rebates, depending on their health fund.

Calder Psychology psychologists offer concession rates and tailored fee structures for eligible clients, including Concession Card holders, as well as those supported by NDIS (self-funded only), TAC, OSHC, and WorkCover. These arrangements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
